Available to: Faculty & Staff
All computer hardware installation and upgrade requests must be submitted by the department’s Telecom Coordinator.
It is highly recommended that users discuss their technology needs with a Desktop Support technician or the Technology Support Services Logistics Manager prior to making any purchases.
How to Get this Service
Contact your department’s Telecom Coordinator to submit a request.
Installation request forms are available through the IT Services Forms web page.
A $30 charge per device is billed to the customer’s department. See Technology Support Services' Charge Back Policy for details.
Desktop Support technicians will contact the customer to schedule the install during regular business hours.
