Patriot Web Access

Mason employees must be registered for Two Factor Authentication (2FA) in order to access Patriot Web

If you are unable to access Patriot Web because you do not have access to any of your registered 2FA devices, please submit a 2FA Account Reset Request form using one of the following methods:

  1. You may submit a secure electronic request.
  2. This option will take you to the external website for our forms vendor, Dynamic Forms.

  3. You may go to the ITS Support Center in person and present a valid ID (Mason ID, Drivers License, or Passport). Please check the Support Center location and hours before going to campus.

If you are unable to register for 2FA because of an invalid phone number stored in Patriot Web, please submit a Request for 2FA Phone Number Change using one of the following methods:

  1. You may submit a secure electronic request.
  2. This option will take you to the external website for our forms vendor, Dynamic Forms.

  3. You may go to the Human Resources Office in person and present a valid ID (Drivers License or Passport). Please check the Human Resources location before going to campus.

If you are able to log into Patriot Web using 2FA, but are receiving a message your Patriot Web account has been disabled, please submit a Request to Unlock Patriot Web form using one of the following methods:

  1. You may submit a secure electronic request.
  2. This option will take you to the external website for our forms vendor, Dynamic Forms.

  3. You may fax or mail a paper request.

  4. You may go to the ITS Support Center in person and present a valid ID (Mason ID, Drivers License, or Passport) to unlock Patriot Web. Please check the Support Center location and hours before going to campus.

*These forms will not help reset passwords. If you need to reset a Patriot Pass or MASONLIVE password, please go to our Patriot Pass site, password.gmu.edu.
