Patriot Web and Internet Native Banner Unavailable April 1-2

Patriot Web and Internet Native Banner will be unavailable Saturday, April 1 at 7:00 a.m. until Sunday, April 2 at 3:00 p.m. while Information Technology Services conducts a required upgrade to these systems. For a complete list of affected systems and applications during this outage, visit the Patriot Web Alerts page (https:/patriotweb.gmu.edu/alerts.html). Please do not log into these systems during this timeframe as unexpected results may occur and changes may not be saved.

Impact to users:

During this time, the ability to register for classes, request transcripts, perform grading, and review class rosters through Patriot Web will be unavailable. In addition, timesheets will be unavailable for editing and approving. The HR & Payroll department has extended the bi-weekly timesheet deadlines for this pay period only (semi-monthly timesheets will not be affected).

  • Submitters have until 9:59 a.m. Monday, April 3 to submit their timesheets for approval. 
  • Approvers have until 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 3 to approve timesheets.
